Kindergarten has made "bug catchers" out of recycled materials. The project directly correlates with the habitat and insect themes they are learning about in science. The Kindergartners have learned to keep their found creatures for only a short while because they cannot provide a "true habitat" which includes all of the things that the insects need to live.
