Happy Thanksgiving!

First Grade's Thanksgiving Project

Ms. Pyle's first grade students made Thanksgiving playsets to reenact the first feast.  "We learned all about Thanksgiving and wrote books to accompany the playsets."

Second Grade's Turkey Project

Ms. Oliveira's second grade students made "table top turkeys" to bring home for Thanksgiving. 

Dining for a Cause

Friendly's Restaurant in N. Dartmouth will donate 20% of each of our dining checks to Antioch on Mondays in December.  You will need to have a certificate with you in order for the donation to apply to Antioch.  See the office if you need any more copies.  Thanks!

Half Day

This Wednesday November 27th is a Half Day.  Pick up at noon.  After-school care will be available.

Kindergarten Turkeys

This morning Sally Craig volunteered to teach the Kindergarten class how to make

egg carton turkeys!  It was a great success. 

Term I Awards

 Perfect Attendance - Students that were not absent or tardy all first term. 

Honor Roll - Students that maintained a B average all first term.

Principal's Award - Students that maintained an A average all first term.

Kindergarten's Corn Project

The Kindergarten class made Indian Corn as part of their work learning about nutrition and food groups.

Picture Day

Picture Day at Antioch is Monday November 18th for students in grades K through 8.  Preschool pictures will be on Tuesday November 19th.  Please send in your completed order forms, or pick up another form in the office.  Lifetouch has a picture book offer that you can take a look at HERE. 

Open House

Our Fall Open House is this Sunday November 17th, and we need your help!  Parent hours are available to help clean on Saturday November 16th.  Also we need to get the word out about the Open House.  Print out a flyer HERE, or pick one up in the office to post Open House information in the community.
